Do plans include a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be charged.
What's the difference between the plans?
Every plan includes the full platform: admissions, tuition billing, learning management, gradebook, communications, community, and your school's website and mobile app. Plans differ only in what's included — how many platforms you can create, active students, cloud storage, video and recording hours, and the platform transaction fee. You can upgrade anytime as your school grows.
What happens if we go over our storage or video hours?
Nothing gets blocked. Storage and video are soft allowances: your uploads and calls keep working, and any usage beyond what's included is simply billed as a small overage on your next invoice — for example $0.50 per additional GB of storage on the Starter plan. Overage rates are shown in the plan table above.
Are there setup fees or long-term contracts?
No setup fees and no long-term contracts. Plans are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime.
How are tuition and fee payments handled?
Payments run on Stripe. Tuition, application fees, and donations are deposited directly into your school's connected bank account on a rolling basis.
What does onboarding cost?
Nothing. Every plan includes free, end-to-end onboarding: our team migrates your website content, imports your students and families, rebuilds your courses, and configures admissions and billing with you before you launch.
Do you help with migration from our current system?
Yes. We migrate schools from spreadsheets, student information systems, learning platforms like Canvas and Thinkific, and existing websites — courses, rosters, products, and pages included. Migration is handled by our team as part of free onboarding.
Are there fees on payments we collect?
Payments you collect are subject to Stripe's standard processing fees plus a small platform transaction fee that varies by plan — higher plans pay a lower rate, shown in the plan table above. There are no other hidden fees, and payouts go straight to your bank account.
