Set up a folder once. Every new file in it becomes a course material.

Step 1

Sign in to your school

Enter your DeanDesk address and sign in securely in your browser. Only teachers and staff can connect.

Step 2

Point a folder at a course

Pick one of your teaching courses and choose a folder on your Mac. Decide whether to include files already in it.

Step 3

New files upload themselves

Drop or save a file in that folder and it's added to your course materials automatically — students get notified.

Built for Zoom recordings

Record your class locally. The moment the recording finishes writing, DeanDesk Sync uploads it to the right course — no manual export, no forgetting.

Secure by design

Sign-in uses OAuth with PKCE — your password never touches the app, and your access token is encrypted in the macOS Keychain.

First launch: right-click the app and choose Open to get past Gatekeeper if prompted. Windows support is coming soon.
